Hi Everyone,

I am in a unique situation, I do online surveys in my spare time. I get paid to do it, but I need a unique IP to be able to do the same survey twice. I had sprint for years and this was never a problem as I would just put my phone in airplane mode then turn airplane back off and I would get a new external IP address. Now, with T-mobile I do the same thing but my IP only changes slightly, which leads me to believe I somehow have a pool of 20 or 30 IP addresses that are randomly assigned to me. Can anyone confirm/deny/explain this to me? I would get a totally different IP from Sprint but with T-mobile it's always 208.54.40.6X pr 208.54.40.7X
