The successor to the T-Mobile Sidekick, Sidekick 4G, has just become official by T-Mobile. The T-Mobile was developed by Samsung and is aimed toward those who are extreme texters. It features a five row QWERTY keyboard as well as Group and Cloud Text that lets Sidekick 4G users send messages from either their computer or their Sidekick 4G device.
Other features of the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G are: a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, Android 2.2 OS, 4G network support, pre-loaded Facebook and Twitter apps, 3MP main camera with front-facing VGA cam, Android Market access and T-Mobile DriveSmart support.
Two color choices will be available for the Sidekick 4G; Pearl Magenta and Black and should launch sometime this spring.

I'm really surprised that the sidekick is coming back. I thought it was dead.
