    I've been with T-mobile for 4 months and its the WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!

    So, here's the story just switched me my brother and sister to T-mobile, I got the HD7, they got Garmin phones.

    Two weeks after I get them my sisters phone stops working, no biggy right? Just call in for a replacement right? So I do that. Wait a week, new phone gets here, doesn't work. Again, no biggy, probably just got broke in shipping. so I call them, send it back and wait for them to send the new one. I end up waiting two week only to call and find out they didn't send it like they were supposed to. After two and a half hours on the phone they send a new one, and give me a 50$ credit to my account. the new phone just got here and it DOESN'T WORK! so, at this point, I'm pissed! my sister has been without the phone they promised her for over a month, and I've determined that its the Garmin phone. they wont exchange for any phone other than the garmin phone. I'm now canceling my contract because I'm sick of the Bull**** and they are trying to get me with a cancellation fee, when they haven't held up their end of the contract themselves!!! I'm disputing payment and recomending no one shop at T-mobile. Best costumer service my ***

    I've posted this message to several sites, but I'd also like to know which provider you'd recommend, Please post.

    The first one just stopped working one day. It would get stuck on the T-mobile logo during startup.
    Then they sent me the same type of phone, but the screen wouldn't work. The phone itself would turn on, but the screen stayed black and unresponsive. Third wouldn't even start.

    So you can understand why I'm annoyed. I've had three phones that just didn't work and customer service people who want to send me the same phone again. At least with AT&T my phone worked, it may have dropped calls, but it worked. :-/

    Oh and they forgot to send the third phone, I had to call and remind them to send it, like they were supposed to two weeks earlier.

    It's called the Garminfone. it's made by Garmin and Asus, I think it's the only Garmin phone offered thru T-mobile.

    All I'm saying is "T-mobile service = Epic fail"

    Let me know if you find something, I'm willing to try anything, I'm kinda too broke to cancel. Damn ETF fees

    Have you tried going in to a T-mo service center?
    Otherwise, I recommend Sprint.
    I have been with Sprint for 6 years, they have great plans, phones,& service centers.

    Yeah, I'm really looking at sprint, they might pay for my ETF fees from T-mobile as part of a promo. Now that's service!

    I am really not getting it, because I always get good review about T-Mobile, and I was planning to buy one for my sister. What all feature you don't like about it?
