...thought I'd add my own here
I started off with T-Mobile a year ago with a full two year contract. All was actually going well at first( I never needed their customer service...),and I thought that it was going to stay that way...until I tried to add another phone to my account. It seems that I was in their "starter program",something they put folks on without the greatest credit. But I was still allowed to add my wife to the fold if I wanted to,so I thought I would give it a try. That was when it got ugly,fast!
I was told,after talking to over 8(!!) different reps that I was going to have to change my service if I wanted two phones on my account....but that would have changed my contract too,something I didnt want to do if I could help it. Long story short,I decided to keep things status quo, and left off thinking that was that. To my surprise, the next bill came in and I was on an entirely different account, one that cost me over $20.00 more a month...FOR THE SAME SERVICE!!
I went back and forth with them for over a month,with some pretty heated arguments,to no avail. The only way out was to pay the severance fee and run away. I will never,ever trust them again. The worst customer service I ever encountered!

hahaha!! your title made me laugh! some brands really do have bad services! but i surely hope that the costumer service of t-mobile is not generally bad, i just hope that it was just a specific branch.
