T-Mobile and lumia 810 questions

i am looking to get a lumia 810 and the 30 a month T-Mobile prepaid plan. but i had some questions about the features from these plans. on t mobiles website they state that the lumia 810 can do mobile hotspot tethering(which i want) but is that a feature that can be added to the prepaid plans for additional charge? also can you add minutes to your prepaid plan in the even that you run out? i dont usually go over 100 minutes a month but i am curious in the event that i do go over.

I believe the cost is ten cents per minute past the 100 minutes. In regards to the mobile hotspot, you can try contacting T-Mobile. I haven't found an answer for that yet.
