I need to vent about Tmobile's support forum, on-line support, and UPS. They are inadequate at best, and they lie. I have tried to register for the T-Mobile forums, and can't, their system won't allow it. I have tried to contact T-Mobile support online and got nowhere. I've called them about their delays in processing an order for a new phone, and got graciously worded non-answers (sales have exceeded availability, etc.), without a fulfillment date, much less an arrival date. When I originally ordered the new phone on 4 Aug, they didn't have any on hand and I was told that it would arrive within a week, and thought that was a long time. The next day they set me an email that the item was backordered. On 8/10, six days after I ordered it. they set another email that my phone had been shipped. When I checked tracking at UPS, that site said that a shipping label had been issued on 8/8, a Friday, but the item had not been received by UPS. Normally the item is shipped within 24 hours of the order. On Tuesday, today, 8/12, I checked with UPS again, and the item was received and checked in with them at 12:59 AM on the 12th. So far as I know, UPS is not open for receiving packages after about 6 PM, nor do they pick up commercial stuff after close of business. So somebody lied about when the package was received, and T-mobile lied about when it was shipped, cause it took them 4 days to get it out of the warehouse after issuing the shipping label and order. UPS estimates the new phone will be here on the 18th of August, almost two weeks after it was ordered, and six days after they say they received it in Kentucky, which is 3 days longer than it should be at the slowest. T-mobile support isn't support.
