I use T-zones mainly to connect to POP3 mail on my SE T300. Every month I just barely go over 1MB of usage, so I have to subscribe to the 10MB service.

If your phone doesn't have a POP client and you want to access your email, you may be able to forward your account to a free account that is WAP accessible.

My statements and views are exactly that, my own, they do not reflect the views or statements from T-Mobile or any company i talk about.

    ----T-Mobile - Blackberry - Ringtone - AT&T - Cingular - Nokia EX-Mod ----

    My sites -
MMF Ringtones (phone browser only) - tagtag.com/kinjutsu - no longer updated, Still active!
MP3 Ringtones (with Tooldef6) - geocities.com/dj_mystik2001Down indefinitely I need to get back into my CPF flow again before i relaunch it!

I like it so far... of course I don't have a data cable, so it is mainly for getting pics, etc. Surfing with a phone is kinda... old school style slow.

not really worth it if you already have a cable for your phone. IMO.

Is T-Zones free now? Someone told me that it was a free service now, and that you only had to pay for ringtones and wallpapers. Anyone know?

I believe for T-Mobile they give you T-Zones for 1 month free. And after that, you pay $2.99. I believe that it is well worth it. Comes in handy when you need it.

T-Zones (WAP internet access) is free with T-Mobile now. You can browse and look all you want. Unlimited DOWNLOADING is $2.99 with no megabyte limit or anything. I am just going to use it for a few months while I mess with my phone with wallpaper and ringtones and then cancel the 2.99 thing. Then you can just surf it for free for your movie times, etc...

i dont think its worth getting unless you plan on using it all the time. If you only need to use it once and a while, then dont get it and just pay for the time that you use. i believe its .10 per minute.
