    I have acquired an i830 and transfered my 32K sim from an old i55. what am i loosing by not having a 64K sim in the i830?

    On an i830 you don't lose too much, unless you have a lot of contacts... the 32k holds 250 and the 64k holds 600

    You also lose out on some multimedia features but I don't think the i830 even supports them to begin with.

    I would suggest you go on mytelusmobility.com and register, then do a "handset swap" through the website. It only costs $10 on your next bill and you'll have 600contacts on that phone and if you ever upgrade to a more multimedia based phone, you'll have everything else working as well!
