the uploader i use is made for sprint phones, but if you can access a wap web site from your phone, you can use the sprint uploader, no matter who your service is through. bear in mind if you don't have some kind of web/internet package in your plan, you might pay to access this site and download ringtones! http://www.rumkin.com/tools/sprint
first you will upload your file, leaving your phone number blank. on the next page, you will be given a 6-digit jump code. then, point your phone's browser at http://www.rumkin.com/tools/sprint/jump.php and put in your jump code to begin your phone downloading the file. it's that easy!
please make sure you will not be charged for web access, because that often makes it cheaper to just buy the ringtone by the time you pay per-kb.
