Transferring a contracted phone

Okay, I have decided that Im going to buy an iphone 4 with 3 year contract from telus, but the problem is, I already have a contracted LG Keybo with almost 2 years left on it. I have seen people on sites like kijiji selling contracted phones before, but I am not sure how to go about doing this.

1) Who would I call or is it possible to do this on their website?
2) What would the buyer have to do?
3) What information would I need from the buyer?
4) How much would the transfer fee be?
