I was trying to replace my broken LG voyager with a Motorola charm, and use my current reward points towards it via phone from telus. All was fine and we were about to finish up, when the guy on the phone told me the phone was unavailable to be sent out. He didn't know why, it was either back ordered, or discontinued, HOWEVER, the phone is still available online, but i can't use my reward points for it online. And my local telus store won't help (heck, i'm lucky if they stop chatting with eachother long enough to notice i'm there)

Any ideas as to how i can get the Charm with my reward points, or WHY he wasn't able to send it out, and has anybody been told the same thing?
