I know that this is really irrelevant now; but I would have paid the 64p
(with the option of having it DD'd as opposed to paying there and then - if
the option was available). This way, the OP would have had a PAC issued;
once the PAC has been confirmed, then the OP can dispute the charge and/or
escalate it if neccessary.
It's not the value, it's the principle!
