I have a D500 phone and have downloaded the PIM & File Manager
Software. I cannot get this software to recognize my phone. I have a
bluetooth dongle plugged into a USB hub.

When I start the software my phone asks 'serial connect with home (name
of my pc)'? and I say Yes but it still makes no difference.

The File manager says I am working offline.

I have beein into bluetooth devices in Control Panel and the COM ports
are 3 for Outgoing and 4 for Incoming.

The File manager setup says Port: Bluetooth (COM3) and Speed 115200.

Any ideas please?
