Seems that Orange will allow a second SIM card with the same number on it so
you can switch between two handsets. The article can be found on the link

The question is I wonder if Vodafone offers such a service ? , as my company
has forced me to switch me from Orange to Vodafone

Voda have offered this for a long time.
Be aware, however, that it is not available on sharer tariffs.

And not on ordinary tariffs or PAYG.

Or available with cross-network minutes, or available with GPRS (and so
no MMS either). Neither can you have text bundles or their Stop The
Clock or Passport promotions wilth multi-SIM.

They do, and have done for about 5 years now.
