instructions for plantronics M2300

I have just found my old headset which i brought about a year ago, i've
charged it up but i haven't got the instructions, and i can't remember the
way to pair it with my phone, can anyone help please?

Normally, from power off press and hold on power for about 10 seconds.
Then initiate scan from the handset. Passkey is probably 0000.
