Nephew has an e700 'hand me down' after xmas.

Problem it has is that attempting to take a picture with the phone open
generates a 'preview error' message.

However with the phone closed a picture can be taken.

Tried a masert reset but he does not have the security code (does
anybody know what the default code on this phone on Orange PAYG might
be????)

Also tried leaving the phone with the battery off - no difference after
booting back up

Any ideas folks what might be causing this.
