Th screen on my Samsung has reversed so everything is now a mirror image.
Orange Customer Srvices are baffled. Has anyone experienced this and is it
fixable?

have you tryed a full reset on the phone?
menu > settings > reset settings (9) all > yes
have u updated the firmware at all?

I haven't knowingly updated the firmware akthough I received an SMS called
upgrades which I read and deleted. That seemed to cause the display to
reverse. I've tried to rest all but it asks for a password which I don't
have and now the display has gone all psychedelic. Grrr!

Thanks Dom. The phone accepted that but it didn't change anything. I think
the phone may be knackered. I'll wait for Orange to get back to me.

I don't think it's a software issue, there's plenty of posts of it happening
with PDAs, and they required replaced...
