Something better than a £30 a month tariff. 300 any time xnet minutes
    and
    750 texts?

    Thanks.

If you don't mind cashback deals, than this is pretty unbeatable . .
    200mins, 100txts, decent little Nokia, all 'free' for 12 months . . .
    http://www.mobileshop.com/mobile-pho...PNEWO260300003

Mobileshop.com are a fine web retailer, I've used them a few times. And o2
promise a good deal at the end of contract too.

    regards

Actually...it's worth mentioning that I keep forgetting to request a
port for that domain so anyone using IE may not get the benefit of
additional information in the help console when hovering over
    non-clickable information.

(e.g. hover over the number of cashbacks in the main results table to
see how much each cashback is and when each cashback is claimable and
hover over the cashback amounts on the detailed info page to see exact
details of the claims window for each payment and what you should send
in to the retailer in each case)

Anyway...if you replace "reestit-mutton" with "reestitmutton", you
should get the full help console functionality with IE (assuming that
you have javascript switched on) as this domain has been ported over to
    the new host's DNS.

Write a thousand times..."I must port over that domain ASAP".

I have used mobileshop as a customer too and they have paid me for my
first 6 months cashback with no fuss (via cheque).

Also just to say if you click onto my signature and click on the Pay
Monthly link you can see every UK contract / tariff cost and detail
compared before cashback discount etc i.e. the standard line rental per
month which might help you too!

While it is operational it is not yet "officially" released by Reestit and
so probably not yet as complete as will eventually be.

To be honest, the difference between unofficial and official release at
this stage is probably more to do with design and population of the news
and advice sections of the site and the front page than bulking up the
database content. I currently estimate that I can reliably manage the
details of up to, say, 200 current contract packages at one time -
enough to cover all the bases at the value end of the market and a
reasonable selection of the best-value packages at the premium end as
well (and there will always be space for one or two more based on
popular demand). Of course, as I get used to the process of managing
this data I will need to find ways of streamlining the maintenance
process and thus create time to develop some non-mobile tools for the site.

BTW...I know all about the benefits of simply processing the retailers'
data feeds but they are, more often than not, as useful as a chocolate
    fireguard for my purposes.

Of course, there are umpteen things that I would still like to do with
the contract database, but I see these more as longer term development
projects rather than necessities for official release. Such is the
nature of the beast, there will *always* be improvements that can be
made and additional functionality that can be added - to be perfectly
honest, my biggest problem is likely to be in being unable to *stop*
    tinkering with the site.

I agree. its a good deal. I got Nokia 6020 and sold it straight away
as I only wanted the web access you dont get on prepay - the calls and
text are good too considering they are totally free (after the
    cashback)

    Claims are in 5 equal installments after months 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 - it's
not my preference to have to make so many claims, but some people prefer
the certainty of getting some of the cash a little sooner. If we're
talking about O2 200 + 100 texts (@£30/month) then each claim will be
    for £72.

Anyway, the details are as follows:

For each claim you need to send in the relevant claims form and bill
e.g. after month 4 you send in the first bill that arrives after 4
physical months of service (if you started your contract today - 11
January - you would send in the first bill that arrived after 11 May).

You have 1 calendar month after the date on said bill to get your claim in.

Your bill must show no tariff changes (thus, by inference, you will need
to stay on the chosen tariff for the full 12 months).

CoolNewMobile states that claims should be processed within 14 days of
    receipt.

The address to send the claims to is:

    Mobile Affiliates Claims Department
    POBox 8161
    Cotgrave
    Nottingham
    NG12 3WL

Now for the interesting bit...all this information was taken directly
from my site. Becasue I haven't got around to writing a user guide for
it yet it may not be wholly apparent to everyone that if you hover over
the relevant information the detail above will appear in the help
console in the top left corner of the page.

The details to hover over are the cashback amounts on any detailed
information page (for details on how/when to make each claim) and the
statement about who to claim the cashback from on the same page (for
    details of the claims address).

One of these days I really should get around to writing that darned
    user-guide!

Oh...and I forgot to mention that the above assumes that you received
the necessary claims vouchers with your phone. If you did not then I
would get in contact with the retailers as a matter of urgency. I would
do it by phone to ensure that someone deals with your problem. Also take
their FULL name (and email address) for future reference and ask the
person that you speak to to send you an email confirming that he/she is
going to send you the necessary vouchers. That way, if they don't
materialise, you have a point of reference inside the company and proof
that you had done everything possible to request the missing vouchers
within a reasonable time of receiving your goods.

I don't wish to scaremonger but it's better to be safe rather than sorry.
