Thanks very much for that. I have used Crux unlocker in the past -
what ASIC and DCT type etc should I use if it is locked to Virgin?

No idea to be honest. We don't use the free calculators as they tend to lag
behind a little with support for newer handsets. Try asking on
www.unlockme.co.uk.
