As per subject, does anyone know what the lowest price Orange contract I can
change to, I want to pay off my contract early but obviously it would be
cheaper if I change to the lowest price tarrif first.

    TIA

Don't expect the orange web site to make this information easy to find.
    Try:

    http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/plans?WT.svl=200

then watch as you go around in circles...

Well I did too, once I gave up on clicking on the info for existing
    customers.

I thought Racoon was supposed to be cheapest ('no nonsense basics for
people who live out of bins').

It's called "Core Plan 60" @ £19 per month, with 60 anytime and network
minutes, or OVP Freetime 750 @ £18 per month with 750 off-peak minutes.
