Well all I know is what has appeared in two forums: Modaco and
Mobiholics. The details on there were pretty much spot on with the
    current web&walk unlimited tariff though.

    Apparently...

Details will be given on April 17th.

It has been said it will cost £8.50 plus VAT. There is some confusion
because one T-mobile shop assistant was under the impression that was in
addition to the £7.50 a month for unlimited web&walk.

I've been told it can be added to any pay monthly tariff. I asked about
Sim Only (which I'm on) and was told that yes that was included. I'm
urgently awaiting a second "My T-mobile" PIN (after the first one didn't
    work) to see what happens.

[Question: does anyone know if you have to wait for the PIN to get
access to "My T-mobile" or is there a quicker way?]

Some marketing material someone has seen says it is 6X faster and
someone else has also said they think the upload and download speeds are
    the same.

The "no laptops" restriction wont apply to this tariff. I got the
impression that the other restrictions wont apply either. There will
however be a 2GB fair usage limit.

Someone has seen something implying there will be some deals with laptop
data cards at the same time (presumably 3G). The pricing was said to be
    £17 or £20 a month for a 18 or 12 month minimum term.

Personally I may stick with Sim Only for a few months and then see what
    deals are available.

    Steve.

    Just noticed this at scancom:

    http://www.scancom.co.uk/product.php?xProd=1632

no tariff details but I doubt there will be a "no laptops" restriction
    on this :-)
