Is it bust at the moment?
Every time I enter my log-in details I get directed to the "add new
account" page, which is no use as the account is already registered.
Before I make another expensive call to Orange tech support to get them
to sort out their system I'd like to know if it's just me that this is
happening to.

I can get a bit further. I can log in and find the amount of my last
three bills but it fails when I try to access the details. I would
like to see the detail since the last bill is a bit larger than usual
and I don't get the paper bills. In general, I find the service quite
unreliable.

It doesn't work for me using FireFox. Surf using IE and it starts a PDF
download (after reloading the page several times).

Surely billing is fundamentally a crucial part of your experience with a
phone company as a whole? *All* the major players have had issues with
billing in their time, but not to such an extent as never (just about) being
able to access it!
I would make a formal complaint to the right people, go as high as you can.
A website is *very* easy to implement, and one with a billing system is
hardly what could be called completely impossible; plenty of companies do
it - they should take a leaf out of BT's online book!

When I try and log in I get a message saying the account is already being
managed online.

Same as me.
Ah good, it's not just me then.

It's working for me again now using IE. You are right, it doesn't work
in Firefox.

Still not working for me :-(
Log in goes straight to "add new account" still :-(
Perhaps things will improve tomorrow :-)

I send feedback explaining that it didn't work on Firefox but it did in
IE and why and got a form letter back that I had to wait for the PDF to
appear before hitting OK. At that point I thought I could resubmit my
letter several times until it got to someone who know what a Firefox was
or learn from experience and give up now.
I suppose if other companies want to save money and offer another
selling point to their customers by moving to reliable paperless billing
and account management, that's their business. Orange obviously knows
best. They must do, they've spent so many years developing their website
into what it is today.

Works ok for me in Firefox, are you running the latest version..? Not that
it should make a difference of course, but worth trying if you're not..!
As an aside, it's still showing on my list of accounts a contract I
terminated before Christmas..!

Version 1.5.0.2 downloaded to this machine, this week. Nothing happens
after clicking the "View this invoice . . ." button. I tried changing
the download option to ask for the location to save to but that did not
help.

Maybe it should. You may want to go back and look at the invoices for
it. As long as I was not being charged, I would be happy with that.
