If I try to dial a UK issued voip elephone number beginning 05602 all I get
is a "You have dialled an incorrect number" message.Have spoken to T-Mobile
customer services who say that the number is an International Premium
number, contrary to what Ofcom tell me.Would the fact that these numbers
aren't listed in the t-mobile T&C's as premium rate and the lack of access
to them without paying an International Call Bar deposit be classed as a
reasonable Breach of Contract to enable me to terminate my contract without
    penalty??
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Only BT (and Kingston Communications) are *required* to provide access to
*any* number, as has been repeatedly mentioned with regard to NTL and
    access to 056 numbers.

T-Mobile or any other network (apart from BT and KC) don't have to provide
access to anyone if they don't want to, there is no obligation on their
part and I very much doubt you'd be able to prove breach of contract.

Thanks for the reply Ivor, my main gripe is the Premium international bit,
if they don't want to give access then fine but don't try and extract large
amounts of money by classifying 0560 numbers as "International Premium" rate
when everyone knows they are not either "International" or "Premium Rate" as
    defined by Ofcom.
I think its just sour grapes by the telcos as usual. Obviously I'm not going
to be phoning myself very often but it causes problems for people wanting to
phone me at home unless , as I have done, I have a geographic voip number
from Sipgate or such like for incoming calls.

Suggest to T-mobile that Orange, O2 and Vodafone all cover these
    numbers

I'm not sure about the other tariffs, but on O2 it's in inclusive
    minutes
