Can I top up someone else's Orange PAYG?

My Stepfather has run out of credit and asked me to top him up - he's
in France. I'm not finding it very easy...any tips?

You can top up at a cash machine. You put your card in, choose to
top up a phone and enter the mobile number. The top up is taken from
your bank account.

Buy a voucher or an e-voucher from a shop, call 07973 100450 from any
phone, listen to the options and follow the one that says "to top up"
and then "to top up someone elses phone"

Thanks...I tried to do this (Natwest) but it didn't give me the
option...I figured it was because I hadn't registered, as you have to
do so with a credit card.

Co-op cash machines work for me. It asks you to enter the phone number, twice
to make sure you get it right.
