Strange - I'm on my second phone from them - no problem at all - first
cashback didn't need to be claim and arrived after 40 days into
contract. Second after 4 months claimed and arrived after 30 days.
I know they are pedantic regarding the specifics of how you must claim
and when etc - but it is hardly rocket science and most people I've seen
post complaints cocked up the claim procedure. I think cocking up any
part of the procedure makes all subsequent claims void.
Given the outrageous prices, people like me rely on other people messing
up their claims as if everyone got it right - the discounts wouldn't be
there would they!!!!!
