I've been using Orange's new webmail service recently.
One really annoying feature is that when you're viewing the results of a
search you cannot delete, move, or mark emails as read/unread. You are
still able to select emails, but the 'actions' menu at the top of the
window is missing.
I thought I'd send them a comment about it, although I expect little
more than the usual "Thank you for your email. For online help about
email visit..."
Anyway, their 'contact us' page is virtually unreadable in Firefox. Font
sizes are far too small. And increasing them within the browser just
leads to a complete jumble.

Oh, and the one and only email address listed on that page doesn't seem
very appropriate. Lots of nice premium rate and 0870 numbers, though.
Nice!

LOL.
The only time I expect anyone to call my 0870 number or fax me on an
0870 number is when they expect the same from me.

Surely you need an 871 number to go one better?

I was told by Orange yesterday that the 090 broadband customer service
number is the same as 439 which is 50ppm from an Orange phone but for
some reason 435 connects to the same people as 439 and is free.
