Hi there
At the end of July, my 12-month contract with Orange ends. I have been using
an Orange SPV 550 phone with Orange matching the EQ O2 100 plan.
I'd like to upgrade my phone to another Orange SPV - probably the 600.
However, the Orange website/telephone enquiries don't have it in stock at
the moment.
What I'd like to do, is ask Orange to give me the equivalent of one of the
T-Mobile Flext deals, with one of the new 600 phones. Could anyone tell me
the best and cheapest way of doing this? Because I'm changing deal, do I
have to do it through Orange (website, telephone or shop?), or can I do it
through a third-party?
Thanks a lot for any advice
Regards
Richard

If they've not got any in stock, then they can't give you a C600.

I don't believe Orange do a tariff comparable to Flext.

Hi
call 150 and get through to the cancelations dept (retentions dept) see if
they'll do you select 500, 500mins any time and network and they might throw
in 100 texts a month and free insurance with a free handset too.
just renewed my contract.
i used to have the 550 i liked it but figured on giving the moto v3x a try
out.
Will....
