Received letter sayiing my mobile billing and customer services are
moving from Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone will be managing the
account directly and sending me my bills. It states the description of
my price plan may change, but monthly charges will not increase and
thats my terms and conditions remain the same.
Can i still end the contract due to the changes and the fact that the
billing and customer services are changing because does it not mean
that whatever changes vodafone make in the future we will have to
accept them as we are now their customers instead of carphone
warehouse's?
I remember a few months ago, 3 making some changes which allowed the
ending of contracts and t-mobile also.

In all liklihood no; you generally can only cancel contracts is the
changes are to your financial detriment. You can't cancel because of a
change in the way customer service is provided, or what may (or may
not) happen in the future.
Additionally, the contract your signed with CPW is likely to have
included a term indicating that they can assign the contract with you
to another company should they so wish.

Short answer - no.
Long answer - your charges will stay the same, although they may be
described under different names. Hence no breach of contract T&Cs.
