Does anyone know the email address for Virgin's Customer Services?

    Thanks.

I KNOW THAT. I WAS ASKING FOR A EMAIL ADDRESS, NOT A WEBSITE ADDRESS.

GOD, IS THIS PLACE FULL OF MORONS OR WHAT?

Let's hope no one bothers to follow up your request - just in case they
give you an incorrect address. God only knows how you would take that.

    You really are offensive

I have given a URL where you can email Virgin directly, something you
could have easily found out if you had bothered to look, but no, I took
the trouble to help you and all you can do is post an obnoxious reply.
You were equally offensive in your other post to someone who responded.

Now go away with your nasty little attitude and your cheapo phone.

    Yes, it was rather impolite.

    >I have given a URL where you can email Virgin directly

However, to be fair, there is a widespread misunderstanding that
filling in a Web form is the same as email. It's not. The Web server
may respond to filling in the form by sending an email but equally it
may just stuff the response into a file. In any case, a Web URL
cannot be used in an email program so the two aren't the same.

I blame the BBC for repeatedly saying "email us through our Web site
    at www.bbc.co.uk forward-slash whatever".

I have advised the gentleman in another related posting on Virgin
mobile and made it quite clear that I have had good effective dealing
with Virgin mobile to obtain the result that he is after. I posted that
URL as I have used it to good effect. A polite 'thank you but I would
actually prefer to use my email client' would have been expected rather
    than abuse and intimidation

Son, you have absolutely *no* evidence for that comment!!

NTL use dynamic IP leasing, and even then, from all the posts I have seen
over the years accusing someone of being this Jason character, the IP
addresses have always been from different ISPs.

Get over it; you're just being the usual misguided uneducated vigilante that
one expects on the net - don't live up to the name.

Yes, I agree. O2 recently asked me to complete a feedback survey
following some email correspondence I had with their customer service
department. I made a point of mentioning that a tiny form hidden away
    on their website isn't email.

I wonder if I would receive a reply from them if I insisted they reply
via my email form at <http://www.spam-free.org.uk/contact/index.php>?
