Thinking of moving from Orange to O2 but have some Q's.

Asked sales team but they had no idea (not good start)

If I start a tarrif with them today - thinking of the SE K800i with 750 min
and 750 text for £35 (18 month contract) what will be my upgrade options in
9 months say for example If i want to change the handset for a newer model?

Currently as part of being an Orange customer on a 12 month contract I can
walk into an Orange shop after 6 months and get a new handset and pay the
upgrade fee - plus possibly small fee for the handset itself.

Do O2 do the same? Or am i lumbered literally with that one handset for the
full 18 months?

This would allow me to keep the same contract but just "extend it"
effectively. Do they have "upgrade fees" in the same way as Orange?

I will try to keep within the £35 monthly fee - therefor a low spender I
guess.
