    Has anyone here got a Nokia 6021? Mine is barely two months old and the
    * key is behaving a little dodgy - it needs to be pressed rather hard
    in order to respond. My software version is 3.83 and I have a feeling
    that is not the latest.

    How reliable have others here found this phone to be?

    I have the same phone and i advise you to go back to the store where you bought youre phone
