David, reading through your original post, I see you are saying you are on
online 200, apologies for not noticing that. I also see you say you have
gone over your 3 months bonus minutes. Are you sure you are quite aware of
how the bonus minutes rollover works as to the unused minutes? and how they
are added on each month? Its just I find it hard to come to terms with
having bonus minutes for three months, and then rack up £57 worth of phone
calls over and above the at least 200 used a month.
