Got a text from O2 today asking me to go to the following address
http://www.o2.co.uk/pricechange
Does not really make any difference to me, but I thought 12 hours notice
a bit rough

I notice 056 is included - IIRC that allocation was set up for VoIP lines
and was supposed to be charged at standard rates.
How typical of O2.

Typical O2 banditry.
Retrospective too - when customers top up they should continue to get the
rates that applied when they paid until that top up runs out or expires. I
bought a £20 top up for weekend calling on O2 and days later they cut the
number of minutes I would get by 60%.
Oh to renege now the deal is done.
