    Hi,

I am currently in month 15 of a 24 month contract with Orange.

Tariff is Talk Time 200 and I am paying £27 per month.

AFAICS I can't transfer to an animal tariff, or not without a new
contract anyway. Are Core Plans available to me? If they are,
how do I find out the charges/minute allowances etc.?

    TIA,
    Al

been told as from october 2nd the lowest tariff is now the one im on
(£25 a month) so not happy at all, cant wait to ditch orange, ive been with
them now since they started, well 3 weeks after they started in UK
and im apalled they keep chopping away at the service.are they not supposed
to write to you to inform you of changes to their terms and conditions?
im not sure they can do this to existing customers, anyone any ideas? just
when you think orange cant get any worse

The core plans are available but they are not published anywhere. You'll
need to ring up or go to a shop and ask about them.

They can withdraw tarrifs at any time, and Dolphin 19 has bitten the
    dust this month.

True, but the shops can sell you a tariff and process the change but if CS
dont like it, they will refuse to action this. They wont tell you, they will
tell the shop and it is up to then to contact you, which in my experience,
    didn't happen.

    (and how much they cost)

    Thanks in advance,

Well thats a con. If you are using this months minutes first, you will
never have anything to carry forward.

Thats just aniother reason why I asked for my PAC numbers. And yes, they
are insisting on sending them by post claiming its the regulations that
have changed and they cant send them by SMS anymore.
