Hi,
As subject - I have just got an o2 contract phone and was wondering if there
is a number you can dial to find out how many mins/txts you have left for
the month? My old VirginMobile did.
I have trawle3d their website and could find nothing.
Thanks,
Sky

No, you have to go to your account online to check usage details and
even then they can be up to 24 hours behind. Check the unbilled figures
as the inclusive usage information is incorrect. Don't bother
complaining, I wrote to them not long after joining O2 last New years
Eve, they just say that they are aware of the problem and are trying to
resolve it!
Can't wait to request my PAC at the end of the year! Out of Orange,
Virgin, T-Mobile, Three & O2, O2 is the one I will not use again.

A lot of posts recently slagging the billing system - in terms of displaying
information, it's pretty damn good. Also, all mobile networks have some
delay or another in putting your recent calls online, even BT, a landline
provider, has the same issue, it's normal.

I can understand a delay in putting recent calls online, I can't
understand why they can't offer an up to date remaining minutes balance.
Three can do this, the balance is up to date, as soon as you hang up a
call or send a text the information is bang up to date.
