    Can you have a skype phone lan adaptor for a normal phone (pstn I believe)
    when the computer is turned off and can you add normal sip settings into the
    adaptor ?

    Skype doesn't use SIP.

    Skype is not SIP.

    uk.telecom.voip is the place for your question.
