O2 Orbit Uprgade - Co-Pilot?

My Orbit arrived this morning - but no Co-Pilot. Has anyone else upgraded
and been sent the software?

As an upgrade O2 do not ship the software or a memory card i believe
the extras are charged at £99, I got my orbit on friday what a nice
piece of kit!

Just obtaining the satellite navigation software for the shiny 1gig
memory card now.
