Hey Guys, Question that has been driving me crazy lately!

You know when an Intra BSC Handover is performed in a GSM network, the
BSC carries out the whole procedure, yet informs the MSC that a
handover took place by a BSSMAP message called HANDOVER PERFORMED. You
can find the handover reason in the message by checking the BSSMAP
Cause, which can be "Better Cell", "Uplink Quality"..etc. One cause
value is 40: "Traffic Load"! I really need to know what type of
handover this cause indicates. intra cell handover, heirarical layer
change, sub-cell change or what.

Thanks,
Gotti
