I called them and I have to send a fax (to an 0870 number) with my
account number, phone number and details of what is missing and then will
get a fax back with instructions!

Hmm, My order for a C600 was rejected today "due to me being on the Virgin OVP
tarrif". Is this just russian roulette as last year I got the upgrade fine?

    Do I try again?

    Cheers,

Seems to be pot luck whether you get them or not. I got 3 out of 3, so did a
colleague, but another colloegue only got 1 out 3.

Last year persistance paid off, so i'd keep trying as long is says £0
upgrade fee when you log in.

If i didn't get all 3 of mine i'd have complained to trading standards that
orange fail to honour the personalised upgrade offers on thier website.

I will try again, thanks. I spoke to a woman at customer services before my
second try and she said its due to the fact that I dont pay line rental, I
would have to pay the RRP for the phone, I didnt even bother to ask what that
    was.

    Anyway attempt 2 underway.

Not sure if I could really be bothered to go to the hassle of all that.

First OVP arrived last week and all ok. Second one arrived and had same
problem. No handset, no battery or hands free!
Phoned then this morning at 08:30 and they will investigate. SO GLAD to hear
    that I'm not alone.

just ordered a 6070 for free

unlike the freeloaders on this group, I still use my orange sim, for
Orange Wednesday's movie tickets and voicemail pickup

I'll have you know I still use one of my three OVP-Virgin SIMs. Only because
it has some of the original £5 credit left - comes in handy on wednesdays
    ;o)
