Problem unlocking Nokia 3120b

Help!
I've just tried using trycktil to unlock a Nokia 3120b, locked to the US
carrier Cingular. I've double-checked that I have the correct IMEI, and
have tried both code 7 and code one. Both give a 'code error' message.
I've unlocked a number of these phones, but this is the first Cingular
I've tried. I used the default box serial - 3281 Prodigy.
Should I have used something else? If so, what?

Sounds like it will want a different box code to the 3281 one
