Picture Messaging Motorola Razr V3i on T-Mobile

Just had a new phone as per subject line and not able to send picture
messages.
Tried setting up via T-Mobile web site who sent something to install but
still not working.
Any help would be good.

Answering my own question I called T-Mobile but because I bought from e2save
the instructions in their booklet and on their web site are different. Now
sorted but wish e2save had made it more clear!!!
