They take 2 different types of cards.

The 6233 takes microSD, sometimes called Transflash.

The K800i takes a Memory Stick Micro M2.

The above link is for a miniSD which will work with neither.

Neither.

The 6233 uses Micro SD, the K800 uses Sony M2 format.
