Yes. I asked them about this when I first got my contract. I would
have been happy to just see it on line. In fact I ONLY get a bill on
line and have to pay 99p for it.
Afaik, if you are with O2 directly, they don't charge for on-line
itemisation.
Remove 'no_spam_' from email address.

Where I suspect this might all fall down is if you send a subject access
request under the data protection act once a year - maximum cost is £10,
and they MUST include everything they hold on you.
a) its cheaper over the 12 months
b) you should get the full itemised bills
c) you (should) get to see everything they hold on you
d) you cause they massive problems when you query calls from 12
months prior, and insist on more detail or a refund.
