Yes, while still bearing in mind that the evidence shows that you are still
4 times more likely to be involved in an accident (the same risk as using
the phone without a hands-free kit).

You're not allowed to look at it either! next they will ban talking in cars
and smoking. Why not just take radios out.
It's only stupid people that couldn't drive that used to blame it on using a
phone when they crashed. What did they blame before phones!

Yeah, and you can also get fined/pointed more easily for eating a
sammich now according to a paper I read last night.

Picking nose, scratching ear, having a row with the spouse, adjusting
the mirror, tuning radio, inserting CD, fishing for loose change down
the side of the seat still or being an old codger weaving from side to
side at 18mph in a 40 zone OK tho'.

what about operating a Dictaphone............that's not covered but I assume
you could be stopped and recited the 'driving with undue care and attention'
    rule.

like my daughter who was stopped last week for not wearing a seat
belt...........the cop said its lucky you were not on the phone otherwise it
would be 3 points................then why don't they concentrate on those
phone users..............I see at least 3 driving 15 miles to work each
    morning.

Except, that statistic is made up to suit an agenda by an ati-car pressure
    group.

Some people are just **** drivers and rather than just accept that fact they
look to blame authority for every one of their failings.

Speeding is a great one. Let you into a secret, don't want a speeding
ticket... then don't speed. Its not that difficult. Gatsos - hmm hard to
spot those aren't they - being 10 foot tall and painted luminous yellow.
