Extract the PM using UFS, JAF or similar, do loads of research to find out
which precise bit need flipping and rewrite the PM to the phone.

Just to update my own post... I have purchased latest version of
Logomanager which allows a download of the latest nkprofile exe.

This can be used to enable Line 2 on a 6300.
