Hi there,
I've just been checking my bills from orange and it appears they have been
charging me for a data bundle which i guess was free for a few months at the
start of my contract.
It shows up as:-
Chargeable Umltd Ev & Wk OW : 15 Mar - 14 Apr £4.26
On my bill.
I'm not a big user of Orange world and i don't send many pictures etc. My
monthly data is always under 1 megabyte. I noticed they have a £4 for 4
megabyte bundle but nothing below that. If i remove this bundle and don't
add a new one can i still use data? And if so what are the charges? I
couldn't figure it out on the orange website as all they want to do is sell
bundles rather than give me any figures. I'd rather only pay for what i am
using (about a megabyte a month) but the website doesn't make it clear what
i can do. If i can pay per megabyte what is the cost?
Thanks for the help
Oh its a canary contract.

As much browsing as you want off peak, free for the first 2 month and
then £5 per month after that.

Yes, at £3 per Mb.

Is that the new data bundles, Jon?
Also, is it really unlimited browsing or unlimited browsing of Orange
World (which they scammed me on when I upgraded)?

It's been around for about 3 months.

As far as I know it's just unlimited off peak data, although I would
hate to come a cropper on that.

Thanks. Time for a chat with CS, I think. Been meaning to do it for
about 6 weeks but only remember when my bill arrives. I'd quite fancy
that £8/unlimited pack that's launching in June but would need them to
confirm that it isn't just Orande World content nut covers all data.
