I have been saving my invoices from My Account at the Orange website
..They are saved as PDF files but for some reason now when I go to save
them it will only let me save them as HTML or OTHER FILES and they
won't open in Abobe Reader .It's just a jumble of gobbledegook .
I tried resetting IE to it's default but that made no difference .

Does anyone else save their invoices and is there a problem ?

Have you tried opening the file, so that it comes up in Acrobat
Reader, then using the option in Acrobat reader to save it instead ?

Tried that but as it's being saved as an HTML file (supposedly) Adobe
Reader says it cannot open it either because it's a damaged file or it
is not a supported file .I cam open it in IE but it just says
    this :----

Please report back as to whether your affected invoices contain fraudulent
    reverse-SMS charges.

My wife spotted some on her online Orange invoice and then, mysteriously,
she was never able to view an itemised bill online again.

Not had any of them but the last invoice had charges for this

    Chargeable Umltd Ev & Wk OW : 19 Jun - 16 Jul 3.98
    Chargeable Umltd Ev & Wk OW : 17 Jul - 16 Aug 4.26

I did not ask for nor agree to getting this and had to call twice to
get it removed and refunded so Ive to get a credit on my next bill so
I'll be keeping a close eye on this

That looks like a first bill to me?

This is an offer which gives you the product free for 2 months, and as
the end of the 2 months approaches you get a text asking if you want to
keep it on, and you can reply "no" to have it removed.

Should have been explained to you when you purchased your phone, where
    did you get it from?

    Dear all

Orange appear to have fixed the problem by changing the site to avoid
    IE7 issues

    Thanks
