I have just received my new '3' 3G USB Modem.

The 3 offering for mobile data is very competative but does not allow
any international roaming except to other '3' netwoks, which are few
an far between.

Does anyone know if these Huawei USB Modems are network locked, and if
they are can they be unlocked.

I'm considering getting a Vodafone daily use data package if I can use
the same modem for both
