Does anyone know how I can pick up voicemail for another orange phone
number using my own orange handset to make the call? e.g I am
travelling, no access to a landline, wife is also out and about but her
phone isn't working/battery dead etc. She thinks there may be an
important voicemail, how do I pick it up? When I dial the number for the
voicemail there doesn't seem to be an option to get it to prompt me for
which mobile number I want the voicemail for, only when I call from an
landline but this isn't always possible

I tried calling the numpties at Orange (Google for "worst contact centre
    award") http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=wor...t+centre+award
but after 15 minutes of being passed around between people with a less
than perfect command of basic English, I hung up (some of us don't get
paid to waste our lunchtimes on this)

    thanks

When you dial 123 from the other phone, as soon as you hear the greeting
message, hit *. It'll then ask for the phone number and PIN as if you'd
    dialled in from a landline.
