Unfortuatly not it seems, the only one I know that is not on a 118
number is chargeable from mobiles:
0800-118 3733

Advert at the beginning of the call after some crap about registering.
Only charity and helpline 0800 numbers are free on Virgin Mobile (they have
a list of which).

True, other 0800 calls are not exactly free, but I THINK they come out of my
inclusive minutes(that's what I was told by CS anyway), wheras 0845 etc. and
118 etc do not, and get charged on top of my monthly fee.

number on my Orange Business tariff.

Officially, 'calling card numbers' eg the 18866 0800 access number can
be charged for.
This is of course dependent on Orange knowing that it is a 'calling
card number' - when 0800 (non calling card) was free on consumer
tariffs, it tended to be the Onetel access numbers that Orange kept
charging for, whereas Orange never bothered with my Superline access
number!
